Office Design Analysis-Virtual Consultation / Standard Product Package
Turn around time involved: 48 hours or no more than 3 days after receiving required information Price: $900.00
Requirements:
- Dimensioned floor plan of the space. If inside a building, a building layout is required locating the suite to be evaluated.
- Plot plan of the property where office is located.
- Photographs showing:
- Views from suite entry towards the inside of the space and from the inside to what is seen upon exiting.
- Views inside suite to the right and the left of the entry.
- Views of entry and exit to the kitchen/staff lounge and shots showing the entire space.
- Views to entry and exit of the doctor/owner of practice
- Views of what is located in the center of the suite
- Views of the seating area and reception station from the door
- Views showing want the receptionist sees from inside the station out.
- View of what people see upon entering the treatment area.
- View upon entering the back door if this is used for frequent access by anyone.
- Mission and vision statement.
- Existing and target market segment description.
- Statement of reason for desiring consultation.
- A 30 minutes-phone communications directly with the practice owner (can be done using Skype or web conferencing)
- Up to 2 e-mailed communications for clarification purposes.
Product
- Written report identifying important design details to be addressed and their priority ratings in the overall scheme of the office.
- Report may contain suggestions for changes in color scheme, re-arrangement of the seating area, adding or deleting artwork and accessories; a new suggested layout and additional drawings if necessary.
- An additional 30 minutes phone communication.
- Up to 2 additional e-mailed communications for clarification purposes.
More information
Actual site visits for further design issues, project coordination, review, products, purchase of goods, installation and follow up will be priced by the square footage, or hourly, but under a separate contract and with consideration to the specifics requirements of the project, the location, the time involved and travel requirements.
